Price:
The prices that are displayed on the website are approximate prices and may vary depending on the size, type of granite, lettering and other factors. All prices are in Canadian dollars. To obtain a final price, you must request a quote. Our team will be happy to prepare an estimate according to your needs in a fast time.

Payment:
Orders placed on the Site must be paid by credit card VISA, MASTERCARD.

Right to refuse or cancel your order:
Pro Monuments may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit the quantities ordered. Pro Monuments may also require additional information before processing your order. At any time following receipt of your order, Pro Monuments reserves the right to accept, refuse or cancel your order for any reason whatsoever.  Pro Monuments may notably, but not exclusively, refuse or cancel an order for the following reasons:

- The product is not available or is out of stock;
- Billing information is incorrect;
- The order is reported by our security systems as having an unusual character or being likely to be fraudulent;

Pro Monuments will however reimburse any order canceled after invoicing.

Refund:
No refund will be granted on the products unless the sold products are defective or not in conformity with your order. All products that are defective or not conform to your order must be returned within 15 days of delivery and be accompanied by the invoice.

For any product that is defective or that does not comply with your order, and will refund the purchase price of the product and the portion of the delivery costs related to the product refunded (including taxes) upon receipt of the products. The refund will be made on the credit card used to place the order. Defective or non-conforming products must be returned to: Pro Monuments, 615 Rue Saint-Michel, Sherbrooke, QC J1E 2L2.

*** In the event that no work has been done on your purchase. A refund can be made but it should be noted that the Stripe payment platform does not refund the transaction fees of 2.9% + $0.30. This means that these will not be refunded to you since Stripe keeps all transaction fees for refunds.

*** Please note that if you have purchased a Memorial Plaque and one or more plans have been submitted to you, we will be unable to reimburse you for the total value paid.  An amount of $75.00 + administrative fees will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Force Majeure:
Pro Monuments will not be liable for the non-performance, in whole or in part, of any of its obligations to you, or any damages or losses that you may suffer, if the non-performance, damages or losses result from a case force majeure or circumstance beyond his control.

Applicable Laws:
These conditions of sale are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply to them and must be interpreted in accordance with these laws; in addition, any dispute must be submitted to a competent court in the judicial district of Québec, province of Quebec. If a stipulation of the present conditions of sale is illegal, null or not applicable, then this stipulation will be deemed unwritten without restricting the scope of the other provisions.

The terms of sale and any other legal notice or any other statement appearing on the Site constitute the entire agreement concluded between you and Pro Monuments with respect to the use of the Site, including its content.

Content of the site:
Even though Funeral Monuments strives to ensure the maximum availability of the Site, it may happen that the Site is interrupted, including, but not limited to, in the event of scheduled maintenance or upgrade operations, urgent repair or failure of equipment or telecommunication links. Pro Monuments also reserves the right to delete any part of the Site, for any reason and without notice.

Disclaimer / Limitation of liability:
The Site, including the content and services it offers, is made available to you without any guarantee, whether express or implied. Pro Monuments does not guarantee that the functions offered on its site will be uninterrupted, will not contain errors, viruses or other annoying nuisances or situations. Pro Monuments can not, in any case or circumstance, be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site, its content or the services offered or the impossibility to use them, or who would be even if Funerary Monuments have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
